沙金設備-下挖3-5米滾筒篩式沙金船

流程簡介：

原料通過挖鬥(dòu)進入四絞刀絞洗筒進行絞洗脫泥，然後進入滾筒篩内進行篩選分級爲：<6mm細料、6-30mm粗料、30mm以上廢(fèi)料三個級别，其中30mm以上廢(fèi)料直接通過廢(fèi)料溜槽排出至廢(fèi)料區域；

6-30mm粗料進入一台振動(dòng)溜槽進行回收後，廢(fèi)料排出至廢(fèi)料區域；

<6mm細料排入盛料箱中，通過沙泵進入一台卧式全自動(dòng)連續排礦離心機内進行精選，精料排入精料筒内，廢(fèi)料由廢(fèi)料管排出。

Technological process

The material from the bucket shipped into the trommel screen fixed with 4 reamers which can ream and wash the clay off,then to be separating into 3sizes <6mm,6-30mm＞30mm,the biggest size useless are directly discharged to waste area by scrap sluice;

6-30mm material into shaking chute for recycling, scrap material discharged into the waste area;

The small size material <6mm gettinginto the material box through sand pump feeding into a horizontal auto&no break discharging centrifuge, then the concentrate got and finally into fine material box, scrap material to be get rid from waste pipe.
