【岩金礦專用移動(dòng)式沙金設備(bèi)簡介】
本套設備爲移動式沙金設備，适用於岩金礦選沙金使用，其優勢如下：
1、重型汽車(chē)底盤設計，帶轉向系統、發電機組，可以使用牽引車(chē)輛輕松整體移動至工作場(chǎng)地；
2、進料鬥下部安裝瞭(le)振動給料機，防止堵料，並(bìng)且可以保障均勻供料；
3、精料收集系統採(cǎi)用一台卧式全自動排礦離心機，進料、排料由PLC電腦全自動控制，操作簡單方便。排廢料管道處增加一汞闆溜槽，對廢料裏的金進行二次回收。(注：立式離心機因結構原因，隻能在水平地面使用，無法應用於(yú)移動淘金車)
Introduction

2.The shaking feeder under feed hopper to prevent clogging of material
3.The concentrator sysytem we can horizontal auto discharge concentrator,separating and easy to operate and discharging auto controlled with PLC druing which 2nd time the scrap material’s recovery by amalgamating board slucie.
【岩金礦專用移動式沙金設備流程概述】Technical process
原料通過工程車(chē)輛送入進料鬥中，通過振動(dòng)給料機均勻給入上料輸送機中，然後送入球磨機内時行球磨，球磨後的物料排入沙箱内，通過沙泵送入離心機内進行精選，精選後的精料會自動(dòng)排出，廢料通過一條汞闆溜槽收尾後，廢料排入廢料區域。
The material getting into feed hopper by excavator or other machines,the the shaking feeder can make material well distributed onto conveyor and then be transporting into ball mill,the getting into horizontal auto discharge concentrator by sand pump in sand box,then concentrate get and scrap material into amalgamating board sluice to be recovered(The horizontal type gold concentrator instead of vertical type which can be working only on ground level provide good performance as a unit of the car)
