　　 水上砂金設備(bèi)是一種集採(cǎi)礦作業、選礦作業爲一體的水上聯合工廠，是一種沙金礦選礦設備(bèi)，它包括挖掘系統、選礦及供水系統、廢礦及尾礦排棄系統、甲闆機械、船體、 上部鋼構、供電等幾個基本系統。目前水上選金應用最爲廣泛的是沙金船。
       水上砂金設備(bèi)鏈鬥式挖泥淘金船挖取的泥土提升至鬥塔頂部，倒入泥阱，經溜泥槽卸入停靠在挖泥船旁的泥駁(bó)，然後用托輪将泥駁(bó)拖至卸泥地區卸掉。
 　   水上砂金設備(bèi)鏈鬥(dòu)式挖泥淘金船對土質的适應能力較強，可挖除岩石以外的各種泥土，且挖掘能力甚，挖槽截面規則，誤差極小，最适用港口碼頭泊位。

【水上砂金設備簡介】

本套設備爲水上+陸地淘金設備，适用於淺水岸邊河道淘金，採用挖掘機上料，6mm以下物料處理量爲每小時160-200噸；本套設備採用兩台我公司研發設計的1200#卧式全自動排礦離心機，解決瞭(le)普通立式離心機由於平衡性問題而導緻無法在移動設備上使用的問題，並(bìng)且從各個方面改良瞭(le)滾筒篩結構，極大的提高瞭(le)篩分效率及含泥物料的清洗問題。

Brief Introduction

This set of gold mining plant is river+land work unit,it can be a good performance for river bank gold separating,feeding with excavator and work capacity of material ≤6mm is 160-200tph;This set of plant with our newly designed 1200# horizontal automatic discharge concentrator,can solve the problem as the balance of traditional knelson series centrifugal concentrator,and we upgraded the trommel screen with more efficient to classify the mixture of raw material.  

滾筒篩：

滾筒篩動力採(cǎi)用鏈條驅動設計，動能傳(chuán)遞均勻、傳(chuán)遞效率高，可以有效節省用電量；  

内層篩採(cǎi)用沖孔工藝制作，内含多條鉸刀從頭部覆蓋至尾部，能夠對物料進行充分絞洗脫泥，極大的提高瞭(le)篩分效率；  

滾筒篩供水系統採(cǎi)用中央供水+側(cè)供水方式，中央供水定向直沖滾筒篩底部物料，側(cè)供水負責沖洗外層篩網。
Trommel screen: 

The engine with chian driving design,the tranfer can be well-distributed and highly efficient, saving the energy Inner screen with punching process,including reamers all over the trommel screen,can get rid the clay from the material with great efficient.The trommel screen with central +2sides water supplying,the central water supplying can swilling bottom of trommel screen，the 2sides water supplying in charge of swilling the screen mesh. 

【水上砂金設備流程概述】

原料通過工程車輛送入進料鬥，通過高壓水沖洗進入絞洗式滾筒篩内進行脫泥清洗並(bìng)且分級爲6mm以下細料與大於(yú)6mm廢料兩種規格，其中大於(yú)6mm的廢料直接通過廢料輸送機輸送至廢料區域； 

6mm以下物料排入泵箱内由一台4寸沙泵打入岸上離心選礦車(chē)内，由兩台1200#卧式全自動(dòng)排礦離心機内進行精選，精選出的精料會自動(dòng)排入精料箱内，廢料自動(dòng)排入廢料區域。

Technical process 

The raw material into feed hopper by excavator,then swilling by high pressure water into trommel screen to get rid the clay and calssified into 2size,≥6mm and≤6mm,the material≥6mm is scrap material Transported by conveyor to destination；The material≤6mm into mineral box and send into land mobile gold separating plant,which is composed of 2set 1200# horziontal gold concentrator,the concente finally get and scrap getting rid.
